FAQ’s

Q. Do you have a payment plan option?

Yes. You can choose between 3 different payment options to meet the total of $697... View them here or reach out with any questions!

Q. I’m coming from out of town, what’s the nearest airport and how can I get to the retreat?

The retreat location is 40 mins from the nearest airport ( SWF New York Stewart Airport) but this can be expensive depending where you’re flying from. The next nearest major airport is EWR (Newburgh, NJ). We will do our best to coordinate a group shuttle or airport pickup/dropoff if needed.

NYC has three airports and there’s a train to Port Jervis, NY that can get you close to the retreat. Please connect with Abby for details if you need help planning how to get here.

Q. I feel better when I know what to expect. Do you have a tentative schedule?

We may have some changes between now and then, but I can share a tentative schedule if that would be helpful for your decision. Just send me a message. And once you’ve signed up, you will get an e-mail with details and a schedule for the weekend.

Q. What’s New York like in June? What should I wear/bring?

It’s typically gorgeous with average high temps of 73 and lows in the 50’s. With that said, it’s always wise to bring layers. Plan for warm days in the sunshine and cooler evenings by the fire. We hope to spend a lot of time outdoors but we will have an indoor space for meetings, etc. as needed.

Q. What else should I pack?

A yoga mat if you have one. Hiking shoes/boots if you’d like to take a hike. Swimsuit. Layers. Any special book, bible, or journal you have. Sunscreen, toiletries, etc. You’ll get a full packing list once you’re signed up.

Q. Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

Bring one if you have it and it’s easy for you to bring. If you’re traveling and don’t have the space, just let me know and we can have a yoga mat for you!

Q. I have dietary restrictions. Will that be ok?

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary needs. Please just let us know and we will be sure you have what you need.

Refunds are available until May 1st, after which there are no refunds, but you may sell your ticket to someone else.

Be Nourished to Flourish.

“All kinds of trees will flourish along both sides of the river. Their leaves won’t wither, and their fruit won’t fail. Every month they will bear a fresh crop of fruit because they are nourished from the water that flows from the temple sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves will be for healing. The Eternal Lord has this to say regarding the land…” -Ezekiel 47:12

Let’s find nourishment and shalom together.

you were made to flourish!

We can’t wait to be with you.
