Hi! I'm Abby, Owner of Flourish Body + Soul, and I'm so glad you're here.
Personally for me, yoga has been a source of healing- a way to come back 'home' to myself. Practicing yoga brings me a sense peace, joy, and wholeness- a way to connect more deeply to myself, to God, and to others. That's why I started Flourish Body + Soul. I started this studio out of a heart to see people living more connected, whole, and healed lives.
My hope is to offer a safe place for exploration. A kind environment where you can learn and grow in whatever ways you need the most.
I teach mostly vinyasa flow classes with a heart-centered approach. I'll invite my students to go inward and use their practice as a way to intentionally grow not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well.

Teryn is a deep and loving soul with a heart for seeing people find their own healing. She's a writer, a poet, and lives authentically. I know you'll feel that as she guides you through relaxing and restorative yoga practices.
In her own words...
So many of us feel the need to be perfect and not reveal flaws, and I have felt that same way. However, I believe that honesty is so important for a yoga practice. So I share little of my real and raw story: I've been through many of my own trials and struggles including an eating disorder in high school, chronic illness, anxiety and depression, and deep grief from losing my best friend to suicide. But yoga became my solace. It was one of the tools to help me learn to embrace myself, face anxiety and fear, and heal from trauma and heartbreak. In 2015, I dedicated myself to a regular yoga and meditation practice. Two years later in 2017, I began the process of becoming a registered yoga teacher because of the powerful impact it had on my life.
My story has been rewritten. And so can yours.

Hi, I'm Yassen Zech
pronounced like 'Jason', but with a “Y”. Yoga has always been something I could fall back on but when it became part of my daily routine and life, everything changed. Opportunities were constantly thrown at me and my entire life began to open up! Yoga leads me through a life filled with success and mental and physical enrichments, filled with growth, kindness, forgiveness, peace and patience.
My Goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, safe place for Yoga to find its way into the lives of many. I believe yoga is an effective tool for releasing pain and stress and providing self-love and healing. I hope that Yoga can do the same for you!
