The benefits of yoga are becoming more widely known and even many doctors are recommending yoga to their patients for a variety of ailments. Yoga is a gentle, yet fun way to bring health to the body and mind, while also increasing focus, productivity, and overall well-being.

My husband works second shift and I have two small children, lunchtime is the only time I have to practice yoga, so having an opportunity to take a class during the work day is wonderful.
